“There can be little argument that readying to sell your home can be a stressful experience for even the most experienced sellers. As first home sellers, we were very much inexperienced in marketing strategies, listing and sales process as well as the state of the local market.
Being aware of the nature of the industry, we were highly cautious about which agents and firms that we approached and eventually selected.
Like any diligent vendor, we canvassed the local firms. Although we came to know Jena initially through a reputable firm, our understanding about the importance of the actual agent rather than the firm became clear and as such would have no hesitation in trusting an agent, independently of the traditional firms.
